Delivery inside Australia
Delivery inside Australia is a flat $6.50 per order (not per shipment). Your order will be sent through Australia Post. Tracking is not available.
If you have not received your parcel a week after it has been dispatched - please check your local post office. In the rare event that a parcel is lost we can claim on insurance after 4 weeks.
International Orders
We do not deliver internationally at this time.
Damaged Books
In the rare case that a book is damaged we will send you a replacement. Please contact customer service immediately.
Change of Mind
Here at Magnetic Books we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of dispatch.
Note that the following conditions apply:
- customer service must be contacted before returning a book
- book must be in resaleable condition
- customer must pay postage for returning change-of-mind books
- customer is liable for lost or damaged books for returning change-of-mind books
- original postage is not refundable
